Loan Requirements
 
You will be Pre-Approved if you meet our Requirements
  • You must have a job, retirement pension or social security with a net income of at
    least $2000 per month.
  • You must be able to be contacted at work.
  • You must NOT be self-employed.
  • You must have access to a fax machine.
  • You must be 18 years of age or older.
  • You must NOT be in an active state of bankruptcy or have recently filed for bankruptcy. 
  • You must NOT have more than 5 Non-Sufficient Funds charges to your bank account.
  • You must NOT have 2 or more currently outstanding loans with other payday loan companies.
  • We DO NOT make loans in ALL 50 states. Click here for a list of excluded states.
  • You must have an active Checking or Savings Account with Direct Deposit of your paycheck.
    We are unable to process loans if you do not have Direct Deposit into a savings or checking account.
  • We DO NOT accept applications from any active duty member of the military.
  • We DO NOT accept applications from anyone who is married to or separated from an active duty member of the military.
  • We DO NOT accept applications from anyone who is claimed as a dependant of an active duty member of the military.


What you need to Fax
These items must be faxed to complete your loan application.
If you are submitting your application online, please make sure that the loan application form and the items listed below are sent at one time. This will expedite your loan process.
  • Copy of your MOST RECENT payroll stub or award letter.
  • If you receive Retirement or Social Security Income:
    We accept retirement income as well as social security income, including permanent disability. You will need to fax the following additional items depending on which situation applies to you:
        Social Security:
        Your social security awards letter
        Retirement:
        Pension statement (or pay stub if received in that fashion)


What We Do Once We Receive Your Fax
  • We will review your application
  • Our Customer Service Representative will contact you the same day or the following business day between the hours of 9.00 a.m. and 5.30 p.m. EST to review your application. If you are unable to be contacted at work please call 1-877-995-1400 (option #4, option #6).
  • If your application is approved, we have received  copy of your pay stub and you have completed the online Master Loan Agreement, you could receive the money in your account the next business day.
  • If you have any questions, our Customer Service Representatives can assist you by calling (Toll Free) 1-877-995-1400 between the hours of 9 a.m. and 5:30 p.m. EST.
